Let’s celebrate the world of cinnamon buns with soft, fluffy dough swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar and topped with a sweet glaze. In this class, you’ll learn all about the basics of breadmaking, including everything you ever wanted to know about yeast, flour, kneading, and proofing dough.
We’ll create one of our favourite comfort bakes — classic cinnamon buns, completely from scratch. While the dough rises, we’ll show you how easy it is to shape beautiful swirls, twists, and bakery-style buns worthy of any brunch table.
