We’ve all gone crazy for these colourful, cute cookies, but everyone seems (rightfully) scared to try making them at home. While it’s true that they can be tricky, after years of tinkering with many versions of this recipe I’ve settled on this one. You’ll need a little luck, not too much humidity in the room, and an oven that cooperates, but with a little practice, this simplified recipe should get you up and running.
(The good news is, even wonky or failed macarons are still delicious - polish them all off yourself and don’t show anyone!)
